Ingredients

  • 16 oz. uncooked Spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 lb. Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
  • 28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
  • 15 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz. small Cottage Cheese
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tsp. dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with 1/4 cup of butter.

  3. In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until softened.

  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, shredded Parmesan, dried parsley, and salt. Mix until smooth.

  6. Add the creamy cheese mixture to the meat sauce, stirring until well combined.

  7. Place a layer of the cooked spaghetti in a greased casserole dish.
