Hey What’s Up Folks, AB here from Smokin and Grillin Wit AB, and today, I’m sharing a mouthwatering journey into the realm of Fried Red Snapper recipe. Get ready for a flavor explosion that’ll have your taste buds doing the tango!


  • 1 whole red snapper, scaled and cleaned
  • 1 egg (For Egg Wash)
  • AB’s All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs Garlic powder
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • 1 Tbs Black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Oil for frying


Prep the Red Snapper:

Make sure that red snapper is clean and scaled.

Score it on both sides, giving those flavors a way in.

Whip Up an Egg Wash:

Crack that egg and give it a good whisk. This will be our magic binder.
