Chili Hot Dog

  • 8 ounces Ground Beef
  • AB's Burger Rub (See equipment)
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 Hot Dogs
  • 8 Hot Dog Buns
  • Cheddar Cheese (shredded, for topping)
  • Red Onion (diced, for topping)
  1. Heat Grill to medium-high. Cook ground beef in a skillet on medium, breaking up into tiny pieces. 

  2. Stir in garlic, burger rub, chili powder, and cinnamon; cook for about a minute

  3. Add tomato sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce and simmer until slightly thickened. 

  4. Grill hot dogs and buns, then spoon some chili on top. Add your cheese and onions as a topping and Enjoy!
