Crunch Wrap Supreme

  • Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 teaspoons AB's Level Up B Rub
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • Shredded Cheese of your choice
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • Sour Cream
  • Cheese Sauce
  • Tostadas
  1. Preheat your outdoor flat top griddle over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the griddle surface to prevent sticking.

  2. Drizzle olive oil onto the hot griddle. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Sprinkle paprika, cayenne pepper, and cumin over the beef and mix well for added flavor. Drain any excess fat, if needed. Sprinkle AB's Level Up B Rub over the seasoned ground beef and incorporate it for enhanced flavor. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.

  3. Lay out the tostadas and spread a layer of sour cream on each one. In the center of the tortilla, add a portion of the seasoned ground beef. Top the beef with diced onions, tomatoes, and a generous amount of shredded cheese.

  4. Carefully place one of the prepared tostadas with sour cream on top of the cheese and other fillings.

  5. Fold the edges of the large flour tortilla over the tostada and the fillings on the griddle, creating a hexagonal shape. Ensure all sides are sealed.

  6. Cook the Crunch Wrap on the griddle until the tortilla becomes crispy and golden brown, and the cheese inside melts. This will take a few minutes on each side.

  7. Once the Crunch Wrap is cooked to your liking, remove it from the griddle. Cut it in half diagonally for a beautiful presentation. Serve hot with additional sour cream and cheese sauce for dipping, if desired. Enjoy!
