  • 2 pounds Italian Sausage
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbled. Break it up into bite-sized pieces. Add chopped onions to the skillet and cook until translucent. Drain any excess fat if needed.

  3. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add milk. Whisk together. Season the egg mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until well combined.

  4. Pour the cooked sausage and onions in a large bowl. Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese and mix. Then, pour tater tot mixture into the baking dish.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots, ensuring an even distribution. Optional: Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top for extra cheesiness.

  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, uncovered, and bake for approximately 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
