- 2 lb Chicken Wings
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- The Level Up A Rub (to taste)
- AB's AP Rub (to taste)
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour and cornstarch until well combined. Add both of the seasonings to taste.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
Dredge the chicken wings in the flour-cornstarch mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the coated chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry the chicken wings at 380°F (190°C) for 14-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once the chicken wings are cooked through and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
