Ingredients

  • 2 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • The Level Up A Rub (to taste)
  • AB's AP Rub (to taste)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour and cornstarch until well combined. Add both of the seasonings to taste.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  • Dredge the chicken wings in the flour-cornstarch mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the coated chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry the chicken wings at 380°F (190°C) for 14-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Once the chicken wings are cooked through and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
