In a large mixing bowl, add garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and 1 teaspoon cooking oil.
Toss the wings in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through (after 10 minutes), until golden brown and crispy.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add 2 teaspoons of oil.
Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add sriracha sauce, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and water.
Stir and simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl.
Pour the warm honey sriracha sauce over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
Serve immediately. Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
