Cost: $
- 4-5 center-cut, bone-in pork chops, approximately 1 ½ – 2 inches thick
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp Bacon Sea Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Rinse the pork chops with cool water and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, ground mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder).
Coat the pork chops with olive oil, then rub the dry spice mixture onto them, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Use most of the rub mix for the 4-5 pork chops.
Place the pork chops in the preheated air fryer basket.
Cook the pork chops in the air fryer on the air fry setting at 400°F for 12-14 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. Flip the pork chops over after 6 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your flavorful and juicy air-fried pork chops!
