Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Orange Roughy fresh or properly thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling and seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice about one lemon
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Herbs parsley, dill, or a mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse the orange roughy under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Place fillets in a lightly greased baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Scatter the chopped fresh herbs over the top.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and turns opaque.
  • Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice or a few sprigs of herbs.
