- 4 fillets Orange Roughy fresh or properly thawed
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling and seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground preferred
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice about one lemon
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Herbs parsley, dill, or a mix
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the orange roughy under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
Place fillets in a lightly greased baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Scatter the chopped fresh herbs over the top.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and turns opaque.
