Ingredients

  • For the Chicken:
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Sauce:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Prepare Chicken: Toss chicken with olive oil. In another bowl, mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken evenly.
  • Bake: Arrange chicken on the sheet in a single layer. Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  • Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in parmesan, then season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Combine: Toss baked chicken in sauce until coated. Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan or parsley.
