- For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Sauce:
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Prepare Chicken: Toss chicken with olive oil. In another bowl, mix panko, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken evenly.
Bake: Arrange chicken on the sheet in a single layer. Bake 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in parmesan, then season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
