- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- AB’s Burger Seasoning to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- Burger sauce for serving
In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, AB’s Burger Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then form into 12 patties slightly larger than the buns.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 5 minutes per side. During the last minute, top each patty with cheddar cheese and bacon. Once melted, assemble sliders with burger sauce and toppings, then serve immediately.
