- 2 English muffins, split and toasted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, American, or Swiss)
- 2 sausage patties
- Salt and black pepper to taste

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
