Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the egg mixture and scramble until set, preferably in one flat piece.
Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
Layer ham slices over the scrambled eggs.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the ham.
Cover the sliders with the top halves of the rolls.
In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, mustard, and poppy seeds.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Bake the sliders, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
