Ingredients

  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 9 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 9 slice cheddar cheese
  • 18 slice deli ham
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the egg mixture and scramble until set, preferably in one flat piece.
  • Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
  • Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Layer ham slices over the scrambled eggs.
  • Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the ham.
  • Cover the sliders with the top halves of the rolls.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, mustard, and poppy seeds.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake the sliders, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
