- Corn:
- 4 –6 fresh ears of corn
- Olive oil or avocado oil spray
- Cajun Butter:
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 ½ tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Homemade Cajun Seasoning optional:
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust for spice level
- ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Husk and clean corn; cut into 3–4 bite-sized sections (about 1 ½ inches each).
Place corn in air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with oil.
Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes. Flip, spray again, and cook for another 5 minutes. Continue flipping until golden, about 13–14 minutes total.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with Cajun seasoning.
Toss hot corn in the butter mixture until well coated. Use a spoon or brush to get into the crevices.
Serve warm, with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
