Instructions
In a large bowl, combine smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the spice mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or on a grill over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet or grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Serve the Cajun Shrimp hot, and you can garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
