Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until onions are translucent.
Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook and crumble until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.
Season: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add Cheese: Remove from heat. Let the beef mixture cool slightly, then fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Wet the edges with water. Add a spoonful of filling to the center. Fold bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in sides and roll tightly. Seal the top edge with more water.
Fry: Heat oil in a clean skillet over medium-high heat. Fry egg rolls 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain & Serve: Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
