Ingredients

  • 3 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper, plus more as needed
  • 1/2 tsp Creole Kick seasoning

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss the shredded cheese with cornstarch until evenly coated.

  • Stir in the Creole Kick seasoning, hot sauce (if using), salt, and ground cayenne pepper.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more cayenne pepper or Creole Kick for extra flavor and heat if desired.
