1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs 2 cups heavy cream 1 ½ cups chicken broth 4 oz cream cheese cubed 4 tbsp unsalted butter cubed 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp Italian seasoning 1 lb uncooked ziti pasta ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more for serving Fresh chopped parsley for garnish Salt and pepper to taste
Add chicken thighs, heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to crockpot. Stir lightly.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to crockpot.
Stir in uncooked ziti and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with parsley and extra Parmesan.
