Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter cubed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb uncooked ziti pasta
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more for serving
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken thighs, heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to crockpot. Stir lightly.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  • Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to crockpot.
  • Stir in uncooked ziti and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with parsley and extra Parmesan.
