- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Level Up A Rub
Place the chicken breast in the bottom of your crockpot.
In a medium bowl, mix together the rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, salt, pepper, and Level Up A Rub.
Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
