Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp Butter Divided
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4-5 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped

Instructions

  • First things first, season that salmon with salt and pepper. We want every bite to be fire!
  • Get your grill nice and hot. We're talkin' about that smokin' temperature that's gonna give our salmon a perfect sear.
  • Add extra  olive oil over the salmon pieces.
  • Once your grill is ready, place the salmon on there and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes per side. We're lookin' for that beautiful golden crust.
  • While the salmon is grilling, let's work on our garlic butter magic. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until it's fragrant and golden. >br
  • Now, squeeze in that fresh lemon juice. We want that citrusy brightness to cut through the richness of the butter.
  • Drop in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and let it melt into this glorious garlic butter sauce.
  • Once the salmon is perfectly grilled on both sides, transfer it to a serving platter.
  • Pour the garlic butter sauce all over the salmon.
  • Sprinkle that fresh chopped parsley on top for a burst of color and freshness. It's the finishing touch that takes this dish to the next level.
