Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4-6 slices Bacon
  • 3/4 Chicken Stock or Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh chopped Parsley for garnish- optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Snap and peel the fresh green beans, ensuring they're fresh and vibrant.
  • In a pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, and let it become fragrant.
  • Introduce chicken stock, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  • Pour in heavy whipping cream, letting it simmer for that perfect consistency.
  • Season the mixture with Italian seasoning, black pepper, and a pinch of kosher salt.
  • Snap the green beans into the mixture and transfer everything to an oven-safe dish.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the green beans are cooked to perfection.
  • While baking, cook bacon until it reaches crispy goodness.
  • Once the casserole is done, top it with crispy bacon and sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan over the top.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for that extra burst of color.
