  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil I used garlic infused by Branch and Vine
  • 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard can use creole muster
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Alright, folks, today I'm gonna show you how to make some seriously delicious marinated pork chops. Grab yourself a small bowl, and let's get mixin'!
    1. So, in my trusty small bowl, I'm gonna mix together these flavor-packed ingredients: olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and pepper. I'm gonna give it a good whisk to let the magic happen.
    2. Now, I'm gonna take those succulent pork chops and place 'em in a spacious zip-lock bag or a baking dish. I'll pour that marinade all over those chops. It's time to let 'em soak up those incredible flavors. I'm gonna pop the whole shebang in the fridge for a chill session, ideally for at least 1 hour, but I can go all the way up to 8 hours for maximum tastiness.
    3. When I'm ready to get my grill on, I'll fire up the grill to a toasty 400° F (that's medium-high heat, y'all).
    4. I'll take those marinated pork chops out of the bag or dish, and say goodbye to any extra marinade – we won't be needing it anymore. I'll place those chops on the grill and sear 'em for about 2 minutes per side. I'll get those beautiful grill marks going. After that, I'll dial down the heat to medium.
    5. I'll grill those pork chops for an additional 4-7 minutes per side, or until they reach a mouthwatering internal temperature of 145 degrees F. For precision, I'll use an instant read thermometer, and make sure I check the thickest part of the pork chop without touchin' the bone. If I'm dealing with extra-thick chops, they might take a bit longer to cook through.
    6. Once they're cooked to perfection, I'll let those chops rest for a solid 5 minutes. Then, it's time to serve up some serious pork chop goodness.
So there you have it, a recipe that'll make my taste buds dance with joy! Enjoy those pork chops, and keep Smokin' and Grillin' like a pro.
