  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat your grill or smoker to a medium heat (around 350°F/175°C). >brbr<
  • Unroll the pizza crust onto a lightly floured surface. If needed, shape it to fit the grill grates or smoker rack.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed garlic. Mix well to infuse the butter with garlic flavor.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic butter-coated crust.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella, ensuring an even distribution.
  • If desired, sprinkle dried oregano leaves over the cheese for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Carefully transfer the prepared pizza crust onto the preheated grill or smoker. Close the lid and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  • Once done, remove the cheesy breadsticks from the grill or smoker.
  • Allow the breadsticks to cool for a few minutes before slicing them into sticks or squares.
  • Serve the smokin' and grillin' cheesy garlic breadsticks with a side of warm spaghetti sauce for dipping.
