Homemade Egg Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3/4 lb ground pork
  • salt and pepper To Taste
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 3 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 floz sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. >brbr<
  • Add ground pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions, cooking until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  • Drizzle soy sauce and toasted sesame oil over the mixture, tossing to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you (diamond shape).
  • Spoon a generous portion of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
  • Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, tucking it in snugly.
  • Fold in the side corners and roll the wrapper tightly
