Homemade Egg Rolls

Today, we're taking inspiration from his mouthwatering recipes and putting a twist on the classic with our own Homemade Egg Rolls. - 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 lb ground pork
- salt and pepper To Taste
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 3 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 floz sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg beaten
- oil for frying
Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add ground pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions, cooking until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Drizzle soy sauce and toasted sesame oil over the mixture, tossing to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you (diamond shape).
Spoon a generous portion of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, tucking it in snugly.
Fold in the side corners and roll the wrapper tightly
