For the Fried Chicken:
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Water
For the Buttermilk Biscuits:
- 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Cold Butter
- 3/4 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup unsalted Butter Melted
For the Hot Honey:
- 1 cup Honey
- 2 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat your oven to 450°F.
Season your chicken with paprika, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Whisk it all together. Adjust to taste.
Cut biscuit dough into half-inch thick pieces. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
Melt butter and brush it over the biscuits.
