In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Stir until well combined.
Use a fully cooked, ready-to-eat spiral ham, not a cook-before-eating ham. Heat the oven to 325°F and place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan.
Separate the ham slices slightly and brush the honey butter mixture over and between them. Cover the pan tightly with foil. Reheat according to the package directions until a food thermometer in the thickest part, avoiding bone, reads 140°F for a fully cooked ham in its original USDA-inspected plant packaging, or 165°F for a repackaged ham or leftovers. About 10 minutes per pound is a starting estimate for spiral ham; the package instructions and thermometer determine when it is ready, not a fixed cooking time.
In another bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar with the seasoned salt, onion powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, paprika, and allspice.
Once the ham reaches its required internal temperature, remove the foil and use a broiler-safe dish. Coat the ham with about half of the sugar and spice mixture, reserving the rest. Broil for about 3–5 minutes, watching closely and removing it as soon as the sugar caramelizes.
In a small saucepan, combine the remaining sugar mixture with 3 tablespoons of either water or the juices collected in the roasting pan. Stir the mixture and bring it to a boil. Let it boil for approximately one minute, then remove the saucepan from the heat source.
Brush or drizzle the glaze over the ham, then broil it once more for a minute or two, ensuring it doesn't burn. Take the ham out of the oven and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve it either warm or cold and savor the deliciousness!
