Hot Honey Peach Wings

Crispy chicken wings are fried (or air‑fried/baked) until golden, then tossed in a sticky hot‑honey peach glaze. Ready in about 30 minutes, they deliver sweet heat and a glossy finish—great topped with fresh peach slices or green onions

Ingredients

  • 3 –4 lb chicken wings party wings
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Glaze
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup peach preserves
  • cup hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat a deep fryer or large pot of oil to 350°F.
  • Season wings with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in hot sauce, soy sauce, peach preserves, and honey. Simmer ~5 minutes until the glaze is syrupy.
  • Fry wings in batches 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Drain on a paper towel–lined plate or rack.
  • Toss wings in the hot honey peach glaze and serve immediately.
  • Optional garnish: fresh peach slices or chopped green onions.
