- 3 –4 lb chicken wings party wings
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Glaze
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup peach preserves
- ⅓ cup hot sauce
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Preheat a deep fryer or large pot of oil to 350°F.
Season wings with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant.
Stir in hot sauce, soy sauce, peach preserves, and honey. Simmer ~5 minutes until the glaze is syrupy.
Fry wings in batches 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Drain on a paper towel–lined plate or rack.
Toss wings in the hot honey peach glaze and serve immediately.
Optional garnish: fresh peach slices or chopped green onions.
