  • Salt & Pepper
  • Your favorite rub
  • Barbecue sauce or any sauce of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Keep the membrane on the back for flavor.

  • Trim excess hard fat from the top.
  • Season generously with your favorite rub, ensuring a good coating.
  • Use Worcestershire sauce as a binder for the rub.
  • Preheat your pellet grill to 250°F (121°C).
  • Place the ribs on the grill and cook for around 3 hours without any wrapping.
  • Check tenderness; when it's right, crank up the temperature to 275°F (135°C).
  • Mix your barbecue sauce or preferred sauce for added flavor.
  • Brush or glaze the ribs with the sauce during the last hour of cooking.
  • Let it cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 205-207°F (96-97°C).
  • Rest for 30 minutes.
  • Slice and enjoy those mouthwatering, saucy beef ribs with a perfect bark.
