Meatloaf

Cost: $

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Milk

Meatloaf Glaze

  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp granulated Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
  • Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and position it on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.
  • Combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl, ensuring thorough mixing. After 45 minutes, take the meatloaf out of the oven and generously spoon the glaze over the top of it.
  • Raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the meatloaf's internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing, and serve it alongside your preferred side dishes.
