Pina Colada

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • If desired, rim a chilled glass with toasted coconut flakes by dipping the rim in water and then in the coconut flakes. This is optional.
  • In a blender, combine fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, crushed ice, white rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blended Pina Colada into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.
  • Stick a straw in, give it a gentle stir, and transport yourself to a tropical paradise with each sip.
  • If you're feeling extra fancy, garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
