- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish
If desired, rim a chilled glass with toasted coconut flakes by dipping the rim in water and then in the coconut flakes. This is optional.
In a blender, combine fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, crushed ice, white rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended Pina Colada into the prepared glass.
