Ingredients

  • 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix
  • 16 oz Hot or Mild Sausage
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
  • AB's AP Seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixer, combine the biscuit mix and seasoning with the hot sausage.
  • Shred both the sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese, then add them to the sausage and biscuit mix. Add AB's AP Seasoning to tatse. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Roll 1-inch balls of the sausage and cheese mix, spacing them apart on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Once cooked, let the sausage balls cool on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Enjoy!
