Sausage Balls

- 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix
- 16 oz Hot or Mild Sausage
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
- AB's AP Seasoning, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixer, combine the biscuit mix and seasoning with the hot sausage.
Shred both the sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese, then add them to the sausage and biscuit mix. Add AB's AP Seasoning to tatse. Mix everything together thoroughly.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll 1-inch balls of the sausage and cheese mix, spacing them apart on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once cooked, let the sausage balls cool on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Enjoy!
