- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced (optional)
- Toasted Baguette Slices or Tortilla Scoops (for serving)
In a medium-high heat pan, brown 2 pounds of ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add diced onions and optional diced green bell pepper to the beef. Stir and cook until onions are translucent. Season with steak seasoning. Taste and adjust if needed.
Add tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Stir and let it simmer on low for 10-12 minutes.
