Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Large Onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Heavy/Whipping Cream
  • The Level Up A Rub substitute for the special AC's seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  • Dredge the seasoned chicken in a mix of flour and The Level Up A Rub.
  • Brown the chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté sliced onions until golden.
  • Sprinkle any remaining seasoned flour over the onions, stirring to create a roux.
  • Slowly pour in chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  • Season the gravy with Worcestershire sauce and bring it to a simmer.
  • Add heavy cream to the gravy, stirring until smooth.
  • Place the browned chicken back into the skillet, covering them with the luscious gravy.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
