Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
Spread the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens slightly.
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the Sriracha honey glaze over the wings and toss until each wing is generously coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the wings for a vibrant garnish. Serve immediately and watch them disappear!
