Stuffed Loaded Burger with Baconnaise Sauce

- 2 lbs ground beef 80/20 blend
- 6 slices cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix
- 1 tbsp burger rub or favorite seasoning
- 4 sesame seed burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
- Toppings
- 4 slices tomato
- Fresh or pickled jalapeño slices
- Crispy onion rings homemade or store-bought
- BBQ sauce your favorite brand
- Baconnaise Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- ½ lb crispy bacon chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose rub or BBQ seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- Salt pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
Cook the Bacon – Fry bacon until crispy, chop, and set aside for the Baconnaise sauce.
Form the Patties – Shape thin patties, place cheese in the center, and seal with a second patty. Season both sides.
Toast the Buns – Spread mayo on the cut side of buns and toast until golden.
Cook the Burgers – Grill or pan-cook patties low and slow until cheese melts and burgers reach 160°F internally.
Make Baconnaise Sauce – Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, apple cider vinegar, seasoning, red pepper flakes, and chopped bacon until creamy.
Assemble the Burgers – Spread Baconnaise sauce on bottom bun, add tomato slice, stuffed patty, BBQ sauce, onion rings, and jalapeños. Top with more sauce and the toasted bun.
