  • Cheese Slices I used American cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Brioche Buns
  • AB's Burger Seasoning or salt and pepper to taste

Bacon Jam

  • 1 1/2 lb Bacon
  • 2 Onions finely chopped, large
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce use your favorite
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Hickory Balsamic Vinegar I used Branch and Vines
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Homemade Burger Sauce Ingredients

  • Mayo To Taste
  • W Sauce worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Relish to taste
  • Mustard to taste

  • Combine 1 lb. ground beef with an equal amount of ground pork, mixing delicately to ensure a juicy and tender result. Let the sizzle of this meat blend on the hot griddle set the stage for a mouthwatering experience.
