- 2 tbsp whole milk (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- Optional: Bell peppers, ham, cooked bacon bits
Beat the eggs with milk until smooth and slightly frothy. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, then pour in the eggs. Gently push cooked edges toward the center as the eggs set.
