- 1 all-beef hot dog
- 1 poppy seed hot dog bun
- Yellow mustard
- Sweet green pickle relish
- Chopped onion
- Tomato wedges (about 2-3 per dog)
- Pickle spear
- Sport peppers (2-3 per dog)
- Celery salt
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the hot dog, letting it simmer for about 5 minutes until fully heated.
Wrap the poppy seed bun in a damp paper towel and microwave it for about 10 seconds, or Place the bun over the boiling water for about a minute to steam it.
Place the hot dog in the steamed poppy seed bun. Drizzle yellow mustard in a zigzag pattern over the hot dog. Add a generous spoonful of sweet green pickle relish along one side of the hot dog.
