- 2 pounds chicken wings separated
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 400°F and set up a parchment-lined baking sheet with a wire rack.
Pat wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Add olive oil and arrange wings on rack in a single layer.
