  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

  • Generously season both sides of the pork chops with The Level Up Series A Rub, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each pork chop in flour, ensuring an even coat.
  • Dip the floured chop into the egg-milk mixture.
  • Coat it thoroughly with Panko, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat oil to 325°F.
  • Fry pork chops for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Use a meat thermometer; they're ready at 145°F.
  • Let the chops rest on a rack to maintain that perfect crispiness.

  • Plate these golden beauties hot and, if you're feeling fancy, whip up some gravy to pour over the top.
