Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the Ground Beef and Ground Pork until fully cooked. Season with Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Fennel Seeds, and crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
Add 6 cups of your preferred Marinara Sauce to the meat mixture. Let it simmer, allowing the flavors to meld.
While the sauce simmers, prepare the Ricotta mixture. In a bowl, combine Ricotta Cheese, an Egg, Salt, and Pepper. Mix until smooth.
Cook the Lasagna Noodles according to the package instructions. Lay them out on a baking sheet to cool slightly.
Now, it's assembly time! In a greased baking dish, start with a layer of meat sauce. Add a layer of noodles, followed by a layer of Ricotta mixture, Provolone, and Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Repeat the layers until you reach the top, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh Parsley, serve, and savor the deliciousness!
