Ingredients
  

  • Texas Toast
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Bacon
  • Hash Browns
  • Italian Sausage
  • Ham

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating up your griddle. Designate a hot side for cooking and a cool side for keeping things warm.
  • In a bowl, beat four eggs and mix in a splash of milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a dash of nutmeg. This will be your French toast batter.
  • Place your Texas toast into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s coated but not overly soggy. Cook the slices on the hot side of the griddle until they’re golden and toasty. Set them aside.
  • On the cool side of the griddle, cook up some hash browns. Just a bit of oil is needed – no need to make them too greasy.

  • While the hash browns are cooking, lay out some bacon strips on the hot side. Let them sizzle until they’re perfectly crispy.
  • In the same area, cook up your Italian sausage. Let it absorb all the flavors on the griddle until it’s cooked through.
  • If you’re a fan of ham (and who isn’t?), add a layer to your sandwich for that extra pork goodness.
  • Now, it’s assembly time. Start with the French toast, then layer on eggs, sausage, cheese, hash browns, bacon, and ham.
  • Top it all off with another slice of Texas toast.
