- Crockpot
- Cast Iron Skillet
- Whisk

Ingredients
- 4 lbs Beef Oxtails
- 1.5 cups All Purpose Flour separated 1 cup and 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 3 tsp Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Large Yellow Onion
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt To taste
- 2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste
