  • 1 package peppered Gravy Mix (2.3 oz)
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Milk (for eggs)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Gravy Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Butter or Bacon Fat
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 cup Half & Half (or heavy cream or whole milk)
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
