  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  • 5 large lemons
  • ¼ cup (40 g) peppercorns
  • 2 tsp (5 g) Kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp Butter- Melted
