Ingredients

  • 4.5 – 5 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 – 3/4 cup Melted Salted Butter
  • 1 tbsp AB’s Homemade Lemon Pepper Seasoning or Your Favorite Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  • 5 large lemons
  • ¼ cup (40 g) peppercorns
  • 2 tsp (5 g) Kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp Butter- Melted

Step 1: Getting the Flour Mix Ready

I kick things off by combining a cup of all-purpose flour with a teaspoon each of black pepper and kosher salt. It forms the foundation for the ultimate crispy wings.

Step 2: Coating Those Wings
