Needs 2 lbs of beans. The video and receipe differ. I went by written and video said 2 lbs which would have made it heartier. All in all I’d make it again add another 1lb of beans.
10/10 on point!!!!! I used 2 smoked turkey legs instead of the sausage & it came out perfect. Also, used chicken broth instead of water since I’m staying away from beef (I also wouldn’t add the bouillon if you’re using chicken broth. It would be too salty.). A dash of smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning as recommended, and having it all cook on low & slow for 8-9 hrs was long, but worth it.
