  • 1 lb. Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb. Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 3 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh Ginger
  • Salt and freshly Ground Pepper, to taste

Dipping Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice
