Ingredients

- Pancake Mix (pick your favorite)
- Eggs
- American Cheese slices
- Syrup
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Unlocking Griddle Magic
I start by laying out some premium uncured Canadian Bacon on the hot zone of my griddle. Of course, I never forget to save that liquid gold, the bacon fat. Now, I layer regular bacon on the griddle, utilizing that bacon fat for an extra boost of flavor.

Creating a medium heat zone for my frozen shredded potatoes, I cook them until they’re crispy perfection, adding salt and pepper to taste. This becomes the crispy, golden foundation of my Ultimate breakfast sandwich.

While my hash browns are sizzling away, I whip up my pancake batter, I pour the batter onto the griddle, creating heavenly pancakes. I flip them, stack them—these fluffy wonders will be the bookends to my sandwich.

Now, it’s time to assemble the dream sandwich. I begin with the Canadian Bacon, add the crispy hash browns with melted American cheese, and throw in a spread of my choice. Finally, I crown it with another pancake to complete the towering delight.

I cook my eggs over-easy on the griddle, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper. Assembling the layers: bottom pancake, Canadian Bacon, bacon strips, cheesy hash browns, over-easy eggs, and top it off with the final pancake.

Drizzling the entire creation with syrup for that perfect sweet and savory balance. My taste buds are in for a treat!
