What’s crackin’, grill squad? It’s your main man, bringing you another epic grilling escapade inspired by Me, Smokin and Grillin wit AB. Today, we’re taking ordinary zucchinis and turning them into flavor bombs – Zucchini Fries, AB style. Buckle up for a taste bud thrill ride, ’cause we’re about to lay down the smokin’ and grillin’ law!
Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
Grate the zucchini and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini.
In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, eggs, panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
Take a portion of the zucchini mixture and form it into a small patty.
Carefully place the zucchini patty in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the fritter from the pan and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Repeat the process with the remaining zucchini mixture.
Serve the Parmesan Zucchini Fries warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
